Cooking Spaghetti using just a single bowl
Cooking spaghetti can be a slight headache when it comes to cleanup. Therefore, I found a way to use make the washup just a single bowl.
Equipment
- Microwave
- Microwave-safe bowl (most ceramic bowls will do - always verify before using. I’m not responsible if you blow up your kitchen)
- Kettle (Optional - nice to have to cut down time)
Ingredients
- 120g Spaghetti
- 180g Bolognese sauce (or any of your choosing)
- Clean water
- (Optional) Olive oil
Instructions
- Boil some water.
- Put the spaghetti into the bowl (annoy the Italians if needed - a sacrifice for efficiency)
- Pour water over the spaghetti until it covers the top.
- Put the bowl into the microwave. Microwave for 6 minutes on 1000w.
- Take out the bowl. Drain the water. Add a little olive oil if you have it. Add in your sauce of choice and mix well.
- Put the bowl back into the microwave. Microwave for 2.5 minutes on 1000w.
- Add other toppings (i.e. cheese) and you’re done.
